After quinoa is made let cool then continue with recipe
1 can (14.5 ounces) black beans- Mash black beans until they are a paste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup bell pepper
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1 large clove garlic minced
1 1/2 teaspsoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 egg
Mix together quinoa, black beans, bread crumbs, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt, hot sauce and egg.
Form into 5 burger patties.
Heat olive oil in skillet
cook patties until heated through
