5 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
Put in bread machine in order listed above. Run dough cycle.
When done form into 2 loaves- cut slits (2-3 sideways) in top and let rise 30 minutes
Brush with egg wash ( 1 egg with 1 tablepsoon water)
Bake @375 degrees for 20 minutes
